Return & Refund Policy
Article 1: Return Period
Customers may return or exchange any product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Article 2: Conditions for Accepted Returns
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged upon delivery
- The product does not match the advertised specifications or the placed order
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
Article 3: Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since the delivery date
- The product shows signs of use or damage caused by mishandling
- Perishable goods or personal-use items (such as health and personal care products)
- Digital products or items that have been activated or redeemed
Article 4: Return Process

- Provide a photo of the product along with your purchase invoice
- Our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm your return request and arrange pickup
Article 5: Refund Method
- A full refund will be issued upon confirmation of a defect or product mismatch
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
- For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is verified
Article 6: Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a store error or manufacturing defect: shipping costs are covered by the store
- If the return is due to a change of mind with no defect: shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
